Yifrah Kaminer, MD, MBA is a Professor of Psychiatry & Pediatrics at the University of Connecticut, USA. His main clinical research is on the assessment, treatment and continuity of care of substance use disorders in youth with special interest in comorbid depressive disorders and suicidal behavior. Dr. Kaminer authord/edited 6 books and 180 publications. He is the editor of the book “Youth Substance Abuse and Co-occurring Disorders”, APPI (2016), and the primary author of the Teen Addiction Severity Index (T-ASI) that is available in Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Dutch. Finnish, Japanese, Hindu, Indonesian, Hebrew, Turkish, and German. Dr. Kaminer is on the advisory board of the Research Society on Marijuana (RSMj.org) and of Smart Approach to Marijuana (SAM).
