Cancellation Policy

All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the Congress Secretariat KENES GROUP – email: registration@icdd-congress.com. The following cancellation policy will apply:

– Until 15th April 2019: Full refund less €50.00 administration fee.
– From 16th April 2019 or non-attendance: No refund.

The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

• If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please fill out the “Online Registration Form payment by bank transfer” and send an email to registration@icdd-congress.com with an attached copy of your bank transfer within 3 working days. In order to identify your payment, please ensure that the reference “Registration ICDD 2019” and participant’s name is stated on the bank transfer.
  Bank charges are responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
