Types of presentation
Abstracts can be submitted for Oral and Poster presentation. In order that the Scientific Committee can manage a proper evaluation you must submit an abstract of 300 words maximum.
The maximum number of communications sent by author/first author must be 1.
If there are additional communications you want to send, you cannot be the first author of them, a different author must be included as the first author.
The maximum number of communications sent by the same authors (group of authors) is 2.
To assist the Scientific Committee to manage a correct evaluation, abstracts should include title, name/s of the authors, place of work/hospital, country.
The structure of the abstract should be the following one:
- Description of objectives
- Methods and materials
- Results and conclusions
Symposia/Workshops proposals must include an overall abstract listing all speakers, title of speakers lectures and overall objective of the session. It is not possible to send a proposal with all the speakers coming from the same city or hospital.
Please note that all Symposia proposals have to have 1 chair and 3 speakers.
The Abstracts can be written in English or Spanish (please choose only one language).
Abstracts Review Procedure
Presenting Authors: Register by 30th April 2019
Speakers and Presenters are required to register for the Congress by 30th April 2019. Any presenter not registered by that date will be unable to deliver their presentation at the Congresss and their abstract will not be included in the scientific programme.
Awards on the best scientific proposals
All accepted abstracts will be eligible for the “Awards on the best scientific proposals” into your cathegory, Oral or Poster presentation.
Assignment of DOI in your paper
All accepted papers will be published in a digital magazine that will be delivered to the participants in USB. The minutes will have a DOI (Digital Object Identifier).
The digital object identifier (DOI) is an alphanumeric code used to uniquely identify any electronic document (article, book, journal, thesis, reports, etc.) and assign it a permanent link. In this way, the DOI serves as reference of the papers presented to the conference.
