Cancellation Policy

All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the Congress Secretariat KENES GROUP – email: [email protected]. The following cancellation policy will apply:

– Until 15th April 2019: Full refund less €50.00 administration fee.
– From 16th April 2019 or non-attendance: No refund.

The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
