Cancellation policy

All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the Congress Secretariat KENES GROUP – email: [email protected].

– Until 16th April 2019: It will be penalized with 1 night cancellation fee
– From 17th April 2019 or No Show: No refund

The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

Total payment of your registration fee is required to register. All payments must be made in euros in the name of TILESA KENES SPAIN by:

• Bank Transfer: All payments must be identified with the congress name “Accommodation ICDD Congress 2019” and participant name. All details of your reservation and a copy of the bank transfer must be submitted to the Congress secretariat: [email protected].
